<p>All CRICS students are issued a CRICS Google Workspace account when they enroll at CRICS. The account will remain active for the duration of the student's educational journey at CRICS. The account will remain active for 1 year after the student graduates or leaves CRICS after which time the account is suspended and held for 1 additional year at which point the account is permanently deleted. Students are responsible for making sure they have migrated all data out of the account before the suspension.
